Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
02 - 1/2 avocado, sliced
03 - 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped
05 - 2 slices of bread
06 - 1 tablespoon butter

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
02 - Remove the chicken from the skillet and shred it with two forks.
03 - Butter one side of each slice of bread.
04 - On the non-buttered side of one slice of bread, layer the shredded chicken, sliced avocado, chopped chipotle pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese. Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side out.
05 - Place the sandwich in the skillet over medium heat and cook until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
06 - Serve hot and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - For an extra kick, you can add more chipotle peppers or drizzle some adobo sauce on the sandwich. Feel free to swap the cheddar cheese with your favorite meltable cheese.
