Chicken Bacon Crunch Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 32 ounces frozen tater tots
02 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
04 - 1 can cream of chicken soup
05 - 16 ounces sour cream
06 - 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
07 - 1 pound cooked chicken, chopped or shredded

→ Garnish

08 - 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
09 - 2 tablespoons reserved crumbled bacon

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 400°F. Keep 2 tablespoons of crumbled bacon aside for later.
02 - In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, bacon, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, and shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - Transfer the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it evenly and layer the frozen tater tots on top.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the tater tots turn golden brown and crispy.
05 - Sprinkle the reserved crumbled bacon and sliced green onions on top. Serve hot and enjoy.

01 - Rotisserie chicken works great as a substitute for cooked chicken.
