Chicken Alfredo Cheesy Puffs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
02 - 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
03 - ½ cup Alfredo sauce
04 - ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
05 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
06 - ½ tsp garlic powder
07 - ½ tsp Italian seasoning
08 - 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into 9 squares.
03 - Combine cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
04 - Place a spoonful of the chicken Alfredo mixture in the center of each pastry square.
05 - Fold the corners of each pastry square over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
06 - Brush the tops of the sealed pastries with beaten egg to ensure a golden finish.
07 - Bake the pastries for 18-22 minutes or until they are golden brown and puffed. Cool before serving.
