Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar together, then press evenly into the bottom of an 11x7-inch baking dish. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from oven and allow crust to cool completely before making the filling.

Pour heavy cream into a large mixing bowl. Using an electric hand-mixer, beat cream until it thickens and small peaks form.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until combined. Fold in the fresh whipped cream. Pour filling onto the cooled graham cracker crust and gently spread out evenly over the crust.

Spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the cheesecake filling. Cover and place in fridge to set for at least 3 hours or overnight. Cut into squares and serve.
