# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) for optimal roasting conditions.
02 - Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half or quarters, ensuring even cooking.
03 - Slice the smoked sausage into 1/4-inch rounds for even cooking and flavor infusion.
04 - In a small bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
05 - Place the halved potatoes in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with half of the seasoning mix. Toss to coat evenly.
