# Ingredients:

→ Fruit Salad

01 - 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
02 - 2 cups green apples, chopped
03 - 1 cup red or green grapes, halved
04 - 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned, drained
05 - 1 cup bananas, sliced

→ Cheesecake Filling

06 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
07 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
08 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
09 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled

→ Caramel Drizzle

10 - 1/2 cup caramel sauce, store-bought or homemade

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and prep all the fruits by slicing, chopping, or halving as required. Combine them in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
03 - Pour the cheesecake filling over the mixed fruits. Gently fold to coat the fruit evenly.
04 - Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the salad or serve it on the side.
05 - Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour. Serve chilled with extra caramel drizzle or garnish with crushed graham crackers if desired.
