In a medium-sized saucepan, melt caramel bits and heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

Remove from heat and add mini marshmallows, stirring gently until fully coated.

Pour the caramel-marshmallow mixture into a large bowl with the Rice Krispies cereal. Gently fold until evenly combined.

Let the mixture cool slightly. Grease your hands with butter or cooking spray and roll into 1-inch balls.
