Caramel Marshmallow Krispie Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
02 - 1 bag (11 oz) caramel bits or unwrapped caramel candies
03 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream
04 - 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
05 - 1 cup crushed graham crackers
06 - 1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium-sized saucepan, melt caramel bits and heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
02 - Remove from heat and add mini marshmallows, stirring gently until fully coated.
03 - Pour the caramel-marshmallow mixture into a large bowl with the Rice Krispies cereal. Gently fold until evenly combined.
04 - Let the mixture cool slightly. Grease your hands with butter or cooking spray and roll into 1-inch balls.
05 - Place the balls on wax or parchment paper to set. Roll each ball in crushed graham crackers for a crunchy coating. Add mini chocolate chips if desired. Let cool completely before serving.
