Combine paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, and salt in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly to create the Cajun spice blend.

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Arrange thinly sliced bell peppers on the bottom of the casserole dish.

Place chicken breasts on top of the bell peppers. Generously sprinkle the Cajun seasoning over the chicken. Distribute minced garlic evenly across the seasoned chicken.

Top each chicken breast with 2 slices of cream cheese, then sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over everything.

Bake uncovered at 190°C for 20-30 minutes until chicken is completely cooked through. If desired, broil for 2 minutes to achieve a golden top.

To serve, scoop the bell peppers from underneath the chicken and arrange them around and on top of the chicken breasts.
