# Ingredients:

01 - 2 teaspoons kosher salt.
02 - 4 teaspoons of baking powder.
03 - 1/2 cup (1 stick, 113 g) melted unsalted butter.
04 - 1 tablespoon white sugar.
05 - 2 cups (490 g) tangy buttermilk.
06 - 2 1/2 cups (312.5 g) plain flour.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and heat it to 450°F.
02 - Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl and whisk well.
03 - Gently stir buttermilk into the dry mix, trying not to mix it too much.
04 - Pour melted butter into your 8x8 pan and spread the dough evenly over it.
05 - Slice the dough into 9 pieces and bake for about 28 minutes until it turns golden brown.
06 - Let the butter seep into the biscuits before slicing and serving.
