03 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
04 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder

→ Wraps

08 - 1 lb lean ground beef
09 - ½ cup finely chopped onions
10 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
11 - 4 large flour tortillas
12 - 1 cup chopped lettuce
13 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
14 - Dill pickle slices (optional)
15 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and well combined. Cover and refrigerate while preparing the rest of the dish.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it into pieces. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until browned and thoroughly cooked. Drain any excess grease.
03 - Warm tortillas slightly to make them more pliable. Spread a generous amount of sauce over each tortilla. Add a portion of the cooked ground beef. Top with chopped lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickle slices (if using).
04 - Fold both sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly to create an envelope. Cut in half if desired and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
02 - Adjust sauce to your preference: add more mustard for tang or more pickles for crunch.
03 - Add hot sauce or jalapeños for a spicy kick.
04 - Use lean ground beef to prevent greasy wraps.
05 - Lightly toast the tortillas for extra crispness.
06 - Use a panini press or hot pan to warm the assembled wrap and melt the cheese perfectly.
07 - Make extra sauce and store in the refrigerator for sandwiches, burgers, or as a dip for fries.
