01 -
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish or sheet pan with nonstick spray.
02 -
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, sugar, yellow mustard, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix to combine and set aside.
03 -
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onions, salt, and pepper until the ground beef is no longer pink and the onions are soft. Remove from heat and drain excess grease.
04 -
Place the bottoms of the slider buns in the prepared dish or sheet pan. Spread a thin layer of Big Mac sauce on the bottom buns. Top with the beef and onion mixture, then layer slices of cheese to cover the beef evenly. Add pickle slices, spacing them so each slider gets pickles.
05 -
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and add shredded lettuce and additional Big Mac sauce, if desired. Place the top buns on the sliders, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
06 -
Bake the assembled sliders for an additional 3-4 minutes to warm them through completely. Remove from oven and serve warm.
