Better than Boyfriend Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup butter, softened
02 - 2 cups sugar
03 - 1 cup brown sugar
04 - 4 eggs
05 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
07 - 1/2 cup cake flour
08 - 1 cup cocoa powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
10 - 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips
11 - Optional: 8-ounce jar dulce de leche, microwaved slightly, with 4 ounces swirled into batter and remaining added as topping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar for 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy.
03 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add vanilla.
04 - Stir in flour, cake flour, cocoa powder, and salt until combined.
05 - Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips.
06 - Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and spread evenly.
07 - Bake for 28-36 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with crumbs but not wet batter.

01 - For a richer flavor, swirl dulce de leche into the batter and use the remainder as a topping after baking.
