Berry Croissant Bake Delight (Print Version)

01 - 4 large baked croissants, broken into small pieces
02 - 1 cup sliced strawberries
03 - 1/2 cup blueberries
04 - 1/2 cup raspberries
05 - 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
06 - 2/3 cup granulated sugar
07 - 3/4 cup milk
08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Spread the broken croissant pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish. Place all the berries evenly over the croissants.
03 - Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy. Gradually add the sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
04 - Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the croissants and berries. Cover the dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes or up to 14 hours.
05 - Remove the cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and set. Serve warm with powdered sugar or syrup, if desired.
