18 - 1 teaspoon grated ginger

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, toss the beef slices with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
02 - Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, water, and cornstarch. Set aside.
04 - Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
05 - In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir fry the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
06 - Return the beef to the skillet and pour the sauce over the stir fry. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables.
07 - Toss the cooked noodles into the skillet and mix until evenly coated with the sauce.
08 - Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, if desired. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, add a dash of chili flakes or sriracha to the sauce for some heat.
02 - Substitute beef with chicken, shrimp, or tofu for variety.
03 - Use frozen stir-fry vegetable mixes for an even quicker version.
