11 - 2 (3-ounce) packages ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
12 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
13 - 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
14 - 1 pound sirloin steak, trimmed of fat and sliced into 1.5-inch strips (about 1/4-inch thickness)
15 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
16 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
17 - 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
18 - 1/2 cup water
19 - Sesame seeds, garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch until smooth. Add beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Mix well and set aside.
02 - Bring a medium pot of water to boil. Cook ramen noodles for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon sesame oil to prevent sticking.
03 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper. Add to skillet and cook for 3 minutes without moving to brown one side. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes until cooked through. Remove steak from skillet and drain any grease.
04 - Add remaining olive oil to the skillet and add broccoli. Pour 1/2 cup water into the skillet, cover, and steam for 2 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender but not mushy.
05 - Return steak and cooked noodles to the skillet. Stir the prepared sauce and pour into the skillet. Use tongs to combine ingredients. Cook for 1-2 minutes until everything is coated and warmed through.
06 - Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds.
