BBQ Chicken Nachos Supreme (Print Version)

01 - 1 large bag (18 ounces) white corn tortilla chips
02 - 1 pound cooked, shredded chicken
03 - 1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
05 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
08 - 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
09 - ¼ cup finely diced red onion
10 - 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
11 - 1 Roma tomato, chopped (optional)
12 - Pickled jalapeno slices (optional)
13 - Ranch dressing or sour cream (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange tortilla chips on a large baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Set aside.
02 - Place the cooked, shredded chicken in a large bowl. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Add as much barbecue sauce to the chicken as desired. Stir well to combine everything.
03 - Top the tortilla chips evenly with the shredded barbecue chicken. Top chicken evenly with both shredded cheeses. Top cheese evenly with the diced red onion.
04 - Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Carefully remove from oven.
05 - Top nachos with chopped cilantro, tomato, sliced jalapeno, or other desired toppings. Serve warm and enjoy!
