French Crepes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large eggs.
02 - 1 and 1/3 cups of all-purpose flour.
03 - 2 cups of milk (you can use skim, 2%, or whole).
04 - A quarter cup of vegetable oil.
05 - 1/3 teaspoon of salt.
06 - 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar.
07 - Some butter to grease the pan.

# Instructions:

01 - Put everything but the butter into a blender or bowl and mix it together until it's smooth and lump-free.
02 - Set your pan to medium-high heat, then lightly coat it with butter.
03 - Pour around 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan. Move the pan in a circular motion so the batter spreads evenly across.
04 - Let the crepe cook for roughly a minute on each side using medium heat. Keep going with the rest of the batter until you're done.

# Notes:

01 - You only need to butter the pan at the start. No need to do it for every crepe.
02 - If you don’t have butter, coconut oil is a great alternative for greasing.
