# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp paprika
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp salt
06 - 1/2 tsp black pepper

→ Bang Bang Sauce

07 - 1 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
09 - 1 tbsp hot sauce or more to taste
10 - 2 tbsp honey
11 - 1 tsp salt

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the boneless, skinless chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes, ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
03 - Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, hot sauce, honey, and salt in a separate bowl. Whisk until well incorporated and set aside.
04 - Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving a small gap between each piece for even cooking. Do not overcrowd.
05 - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
06 - Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching. Air fry the chicken skewers for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
07 - Once cooked, brush the skewers generously with more Bang Bang sauce.
08 - Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley or sesame seeds if desired, alongside extra Bang Bang sauce for dipping.
