10 - 1 box (3.4-ounce) instant banana pudding mix
11 - 2 cups cold milk

→ Topping

12 - 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
13 - 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
15 - Vanilla wafer cookies for garnish
16 - Banana slices, optional for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
04 - Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
05 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients.
