# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups mashed potatoes, chilled and firm
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
03 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 egg, beaten
05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste
08 - 1 cup breadcrumbs, panko or regular
09 - Cooking spray or olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
02 - Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form the mixture into 1.5-inch balls. If the mixture is sticky, chill it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
03 - Place the beaten egg in one bowl and the breadcrumbs in another. Dip each potato ball into the egg, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
04 - Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray and arrange the potato balls in a single layer with space between them.
05 - Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
06 - Remove potato balls from the air fryer and serve immediately with dipping sauces such as ranch, marinara, or sour cream.

# Notes:

01 - Chilled mashed potatoes hold their shape better for forming balls.
02 - Mix pepper jack cheese for spice or gouda for a creamy flavor.
03 - Gently press breadcrumbs onto balls for even coating.
04 - Keep cooked balls warm in a 200°F (93°C) oven if batch cooking.
